US Immigration from Philippines

I received a Request for Initial Evidence, and the letter said to submit the Federal Income Tax Return for the most recent year. Is it okay to submit again the form I-864, even it was not mention on the letter? Any same case of mine?

I sent email to nvc tru public inquiry from attaching the death certificate of my husband last December 15, 2019. We have case number already.

Now, I went to their information, as of Feb10, 2020 they are responding emails received from December 16, 2019. I didnt received response from them and it is already one day passed.

Is this normal? I am just worried since no response yet. should I email them again?

My fiancee is leaving soon from Cebu. I told her to carry on the packet from the US Embassy as she will need to present that to the Immigration Officer at the Point of Entry.

However, she also wants to carry on instead of packing her copy of the I-129 Petition and back up documents. The file is about 3/4 inch thick plus carry on my affidavit of support (I-134) file which is also as thick.

I guess her fear is the Immigration Officer at the Mactan Airport may ask her for documents and she wants to be prepared.

My question and request for answers is if anyone has left the Mactan Airport on a K1 visa, what was their experience going through the immigration at Mactan Airport?

After checking in at the ticket counter, I know they have to go pay the terminal fee of 850 pesos and departure tax. The next step is to clear immigration and custom. As a tourist, I never had any problems. However, for Filipinos leaving the country, do they encounter harassment? Should my fiancee carry on all the documents in case she is questioned?

Not sure if I should have posted this topic on this forum but I need some advice. So we filed my mom s taxes separately because she started working last year. A friend of mine was able to claim the money she sent back home for her mom and got some return from it. We also filed my mom s taxes as single even though she is married because it was asking for SSN for the spouse and dependent. Since my father and sister do not reside in the US yet they do not have SSN that is why we filed her taxes as single. My dad s and sister s petition is pending. Should she be able to claim them because they are technically her dependents and she is sending money back home consistently? We did not use a CPA just tax software from turbo tax.

Hi guys, I'm the US Citizen spouse currently filling out the online ds-260 for my wife and had a couple questions.

1. On page 1, how do i fill in full name in Native Alphabet? Or leave blank if native alphabet is English?

2. On page 2, is document ID the passport number?

3. On page 3, what do I put for street address if there is no street or number? All my wife has is barangay, city, and postal code.

4. On page 3, they ask about my wife's social media accounts. How strict are they if you accidentally forget one you had?

5. On page 4, it asks for the address my wife intends to live at in the US, if my address changed since filing the I-130 would it be ok to put the new one here or do I need to notify the NVC for an address change?
