My wife (permanent resident) and I ( US citizen) are trying to have her parents and sister come to the US for a 6 week visit. My wife is pregnant and expected to deliver early May so we are trying to possibly have them here for that.
Her parents I think will be approved easily due to them having good jobs, money, married, and a house to come back to. The sister is an issue though......she is 30 years old single (actually has a GF long term but not married) with an average job with not much money. No owned house either. Her only solid evidence of her coming back to the Philippines is that she is the care taker of her brother who has disabilities from a bad motor cycle accident.
Would her being a caretaker be good evidence that she would come back? If so what type of proof would she need of being care taker?
Ive also thought of trying to get her a visa to Japan to visit (from what I hear it is easy for approval). I figured maybe a history of visiting countries and returning would be good
Also would her long term relationship with her GF help? Not married though....I have serious doubts this would help but figured id ask the question anyways.
My wife and I have a good amount of money in the bank but I have read recently that my bank statements and sponsoring them does not come into play that much.
