When I got NOA1 I got a text message and a letter. The USCIS status check shows Approval on Feb 12. I got no text and so far no letter. Q. Is the NOA2 hard copy come from USCIS or is it the same thing as the Welcome Letter sent out by NVC? Also, do I need to bring the letter to the interview or do I just need the case number. If I do have to take the letter to the interview do I need the original or is a copy or fax good enough? Finally, how do I register my email address with the NCC?

Hello all! I hope your visa journeys are progressing smoothly and without too much headache. I am completing for I-134 in anticipation of our upcoming K1 interview. My question is regarding number 38, intentions to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in Part 2. Does this question refer to my fiance and her child? It makes it sound like I'll provide them with an allowance or something. I read in a book that "do not intend" box should be checked as this question generally geared towards those sponsoring short term visitors who would want to limit what they plan to provide during such a stay. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Adam and Cristhel

Hello! My mom, permanent resident, is planning to adopt my cousin who is now 15 years old, and plan to petition her as a her child once we get the final adoption decree. I would like to know if there were people here who had gone through this process before? and How long is the whole adoption process in the Philippines, some say it is 1-2 years, because the child is turning 15 and I think the requirement for immigration is the child needs to be adopted before she turns 16. Please help Thank you so much
