We are on 85 days of waiting for our noa2. Im just curious w2, tax return, irs Can be taken/apply just online? Or my fiance need to go on main office etc. To file? Thank you

My wife has her EAD/AP card.

We just noticed it expires in early December of 2020.

What to expect here ?

Can this be renewed ?

Will she have to quit work on that date?

Should we expect the green card before then ?

So... I finally got my green card (yay!) after going through adjustment of status (marriage-based of less than 1 year) and I was expecting that the expiry date would be in approximately 2 years. Upon checking though, the card won't expire until 2030 and now we're confused whether this card that I've been issued with is still a conditional gc? Will I still have to go through removal of conditions in about 2 years? Can someone please enlighten us on this or has anyone experienced the same issue?

K-1 visa conquerors! I m so thankful to be through with that process. My (now) husband has yet to receive his SSN. We filed for the adjustment of status and work permit in September and we haven t heard anything. Should we be worried?
