US Immigration from Philippines

Page 6 of the I-129f form has this part that says "If your beneficiary is currently in the united states, complete item numbers 38.a - 38h"

and then 38.e has a section for the passport number. My fiance is never been to United States and currently residing in Philippines. My question is do I need to fill out that part? his passport number and expiration date for passport?

I have used some of the tools here before, but I was wondering what some of the veterans are saying...

NVC got all required documents on January 21, 2020 for my wife's spousal visa from Philippines.

Any estimates here as to when we might expect NVC to issue an appointment?

Any estimates as to WHEN an interview may take place?

Also I will be moving (I have been in my current place for 2 years) on May 22nd to a new state and home. Should/Can my wife update this new address at the interview OR.....at the port of entry with the USCIS officers?

I do not want her to miss out on getting the greencard in a timely manner.

Since the Visa bulletin is now processing 2010, I am hoping we are close to have our PD being current. Thank you.

We are in the process of our CR1 application. I am the beneficiary from the Philippines. My husband to be is retired for so many years and is dependent on his SS benefits and disability insurance. When we compute annually, we are short of about USD1000. He has savings that would fill the gap to meet the income requirement for our application. He is not filing his income tax as it's not taxable anymore as what he said. What documents we need from IRS? Is SS statement suffice enough for the affidavit of support and his savings account?

We submitted the I129f in mid December. My beneficiary just resigned from her job and I am in process of changing jobs.

Will any of these changes affect the outcome or do we need to submit updates?
