US Immigration from Philippines

My wife is currently in the Philippines visiting family and is scheduled to return to the U.S on 07 March. She has a five hour layover along the way and it just happens to be in Inchon, S. Korea.

Can anybody confirm whether or not travel bans apply to transient flyers as well? In the articles I've read, the ban covers tourists with some exceptions for students studying in SK, but nothing that clarifies those just passing through.

Hi! This post is for a friend. She wants to know if a CEMAR of her father is needed during the interview. She petitioned her father thru IR5. She's born in the philippines so she knows that she needs her own CEMAR. But what about her dad?

May I ask if there is an option to edit the form I130 we submitted online just today.?We found out the middle name used was of my maiden name where it should be my father's last name. In the Philippines, once married, father's last name will be the middle name and last name would be husband's. Is there a way to correct it? Thanks.

My fianc e finished her Day 2 of the medical exam and got her brown envelope, CD, receipt, and immunization record from SLEC. She also received 2 vaccinations. However, they gave her a form or something that says she needs to still get her Polio Vaccine. They said she can get the vaccine at her local private hospital/clinic in General Santos City where she lives/works. Now this raises a couple of questions for me:

1.) Did she fully pass her medical exam?

2.) Why didn t SLEC provide the Polio Vaccine to her right then and there?

Her interview with the US Embassy is tomorrow! I m hoping everything turns out well as we are both excited to move on with our lives together.

My husband and I are awaiting the approval of our I-130 and I know at NVC they will want the I-864 with tax returns. I, the petitioner, have not worked in over a year so usually would not file taxes but do I still need to send in the form and a tax return for myself? If so I would need to get an ITIN for him from the IRS correct? I will be using a cosponsor and I will submit all of their stuff. They would be more of the main sponsor but I believe it has to be me.I
