Hi everyone who can read this.

Me and my husband had a problem regarding with our submitted packet we did last October 2019. My husband didn't include the supporting documents as evidence , He just included i130 form and Fee in the packet. We got an update in our uscis account it says on process. The questions are, What can we do about it? Is there any chance of denial? We are so worried about it. Hope anyone can enlighten us. Thank You in Advance.

This morning I got a text that our I-130 cases were approved. Our receipt date was August 8th. We had receipt numbers that started with IOE, but the receipt notices came from Nebraska - so I had assumed it was subject to the long wait time. But surprise! The cases were suddenly approved this morning.

I *just* got back from visiting them in Philippines 1.5 weeks ago... now I'll be going back to get them soon :)

Hi,

I have a question regarding the B2 Visa. Can my sister or my mom able to apply for a Tourist/B2 Visa without having worked in the Philippines, which I know that's one of the requirements of applying a visa. I just want her or them to visit/help me here in US while my husband is deployed. I'm still a permanent resident and still processing my citizenship or do I need to wait to be a citizen first.
What's the best move for me to do. Hope someone could help me. Thank you Godbless
