I married my K1 bride on 14 Feb 2020 and we filed our AOS on 19 Feb 2020. Both dates are still well within the I-94 period which terminates on 15 Mar 2020. I have recently become aware that I am also eligible to file an I-130 for my new bride. Can someone help me decide if this is something I want to do?

I guess my question is a legal one in regard to Philippine law, I married in 1997 to my now Ex-Wife in the Philippines we Divorced in 2016 here in the states, Since Divorce is NOT legal or allowed in the Philippines, only annulment is, (crazy law) am I still a married man in the eyes of the Philippine Government? I am currently engaged to another Filipina and we plan to marry in the US after her K1 Visa is approved, Her desire is have another wedding in the Philippines, and I'm guessing the only way to do that since divorce is not allowed, is to have my first marriage annulled, which would take over a year, not to mention legal costs, and with no guarantee it would be granted.

Hi, so my status for travel and work permit changed from new card is being produced to case approved, I was wondering if I would get the card in the mail in a few days or would this be another month or so until I get the card? I filed on the end of November, and I am grateful that so far every month I have somewhat of a movement/update.

Hi all, I already submitted my application for my US citizenship but I m kinda worried. I sum all my days/trips outside the US and it s 230 days. I received my GC May 2015. 2015 - 172 days(less than 6 mons) 2017 - 29 days 2019 - 29 day They are all more than 6 months but less than a year. And I was traveling every 2 years to the Philippines to visit my family. The longest outside of the US I had was the 172 days due to a family problems. I have a very stable job since 2015, I filed my taxes on time and I don t have any owed taxes and no bad records. I m hoping there is somebody had the same situation I have that has succeeded or at least close to my situation that could give me an idea. Will I get in trouble or will it affect my application? Thanks all!

So I was constantly checking the below photo. I noticed that LPR s application I-130 petition s estimated range is from 5 months to 7 months, where US citizens takes about 6.5 to to 8.5 months. I wonder why is that?
