So we will finally have our interview for the GC tomorrow! Yay! Question I have is do we have to complete the ROM FirSt? Or it can wait? We were thinking of doing a small intimate wedding with my hubby s family next year. I tried asking under the AOS forum but I just got looked over lol.

Please help me understand as I am panicking right now. My mom had her interview Feb 11 at USEM in Manila, the consul kept her passport and ask her to make a change on the DS-260 online form, which was done the day that embassy opened the form online (Feb. 11). It was in Administrative Processing since then. I followed up on Feb. 26 - seems like they looked at her application again that day but still in AP., until yesterday, Mar 2, the status was in AP. However, I checked again today and the status changed to REFUSED but with the same date that they last opened it, which was FEB. 26. DID ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THE SAME ISSUE? WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON AND I AM SO CONFUSED!!! Is it the corona virus or something else?? The consul upon her interview told her that everything looks good and even told her not to worry because the additional requested info online is an easy fix!

Hellow! From philippines here I would like to ask between the cr1 visa and i-129f which is better to apply for a spouse visa.? I hope i can get a reply.

We did not apply for SSN for my husband before submitting the AOS/EAD and we did put 'yes-on the question if we want uscis to issue ssn to him-on the form'. My question is can we still go to SS office now and apply to get him a number or we have to wait until we get his EAD? We still have 2mons before his 90days expire.

Does anybody here have filed directly to any embassy for I-360? I am currently in Jeddah Saudi and would like to process in Riyadh.

I already emailed the embassy the procedure as well the fees but I am not getting any feedback yet.
