US Immigration from Philippines

Does anyone experienced this: Iam a U.S. Citizen, my I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for my mom and son under 21 was approved last Dec. 2, 2019. And I received I-797 Approval Notice that tells me what to do next, since my mom and son is outside the United States they want me to file I-824 in order for my case to be forwarded to NVC. And so I filed today I had a money order $465 each so had a total amount spent $930 to Dallas Texas Lockbox since that was the designated address according to my case. Does anyone experience the same as mine??? Give me an input or tell me anything your experienced. Thanks...

I'm just trying to find the official NVC civil documents list for the Philippines. I already checked the guide here but many of the links are broken and don't work and some things are outdated.

1). Is there a list on an NVC website that shows exactly what's needed specific to the US Embassy in Manila, Philippines?

2). Also my 2nd concern is that on the CEAC site I haven't yet finished the DS-260 but on the "Civil Documents" column its shows "N/A." Does the NVC have me upload the civil documents or how will I send them?

hi there, anyone successful doing name change for a minor under k2 visa? My daughter shes 11yrs old we wanted to file for adoption but there is one lawyer suggested to us do the name change first if that isthe main reason of our adoption which is yes. He told us to file adoption when shes already 18 which is way more cheaper and doesnt need any consent just hers. Adoption here in our state cost 3500 even the fathers name not on the bc and include alot of paper works.. im in the process of naturalization.

Hi. May I know the average processing time of AOS in New Jersey. Also, if I receive my 2yr green card, can i file re-entry permit to finish my nursing school in the Philippines? I have 3 semesters left and due to the change of curriculum I might stay for another semester. I need some advice. I d rather go back to the Ph than getting in debt with student loans here in the US.
