US Immigration from Philippines

Senior moment. Buy plane tickets in passport name and then carry marriage certificate with green card for flight to Philippines, yes?

Is there any rhyme or reason as to which processing center get your petition? My wife, and LPR has filed an I-130 on behalf of her adult unmarried daughter. It has been assigned to California which seems to indicate that her daughter may be married with children by the time they get around to it. So my question is why California and not another processing center? Does it have to do with where her daughter lives (Philippines)? Just curious.

I added a household member, but I got the surname and given name mixed-up. I don't see an edit or delete option. How can I fix this, or can I do it by adding another household member with correct name, then not submitting the wrong one?

Hi everyone! I m planning to renew my passport which will expire on July 2021 this month of March. I know it s still more than a year of validity but I m also renewing it to change my maiden name to my married name.

I received our ROM Certificate a few days ago which I know is a requirement to change to my married name.

I also just had my biometrics yesterday for my AOS. However, I don t have any valid ID on my married name and for my maiden name I only have my passport. I have my PRC license but for some reason I can t find it.

Any advise? Can I use my current passport as a valid ID and also the Biometrics appointment notice as a proof that I haven t applied for citizenship (on the website they said it can be green card or alien resident certificate)?

My wife just left the DPS. They told her they aren t sure whether it will say limited term still or not.

She just got her green card shouldn t that go away now? It makes it hard in the bank and other places with it saying limited term. This is a Texas ID. Please let me know if anyone knows. It s hard to find a straight answer any way I try.
