US Immigration from Philippines

Does anyone have any idea what percentage of Visajourney users are upding their timeliness? Curious about the accuracy of the approval estimate.

I was looking at Igor's list. There sure are a ton of "unapproved" petitions from last year. More so than approved. Wondering why so many people start timeline and then seem to drop off.

Here is the situation:

If you are the sponsor filing for I-864 to an immigrant, your husband is not in the USA, with no communication for 45 years or more (separated in other words ), you have never supported him for that long.

Would you put zero/0 when are asked to put 1 if married? Adding one to the household size? The sponsor was confused as in the eyes of the law and the church they are still married in their country with no annulment filed Or would it be okay to just put zero/ o then explain.

I need your thoughts. Thank you very much.

Hi Everyone, I feel really a bit hopeless with my pending CR1 case. I have forwarded in nvc the death certificate of my husband last Dec15, 2019 but unfortunately no response yet.

I called NVC lastweek and agent told me that she will forward my case to the supervisor for review. In CEAC, the status of my case is " REQUIRED TO PAY FEES".

However, I didnt pay the fees yet because it is still under CR1. Maybe it will cause problem later on since it is not yet converted to I-360.

I am tired of calling to NVC. Some agents dont know also what happens to my case.. They are not sure if it will be return to UCSIS for reinstatement or NVC will convert it to Widow visa.

I am lost with this process. I am felt like hanging.

My fiance is a citizen of the Philippines and is currently preparing for the Visa interview at the embassy in Manila. She spent nearly all of last year in the Vietnam as a teacher and had a police report done in late September, although she did not leave the country until December. Would this police report be satisfactory, or would she need one that covered the entire duration that she was in Vietnam? Also this document is in Vietnamese, does anybody know a satisfactory way to get this translated?

I want to bring my spouses sister form Philippines to USA so my spouse (who is US Citizen) can get a kidney transplant from her how do I do it?
