US Immigration from Philippines

While filling out paperwork for my wife's I765, I noticed here EAD was expired. Does this need to be renewed for work and travel, or does the 2 year Green Card work for this.

Hi, my niece American husband died, my niece is a Filipino citizen residing in Philippines. And she will apply the form I 360 and form I 485. My questions are: does she need to sent the I360 and I485 at the same time. Does she need to put it in separate envelope? Where is the proper agency to send the petition, is it in USCIS in the US or US embassy in the Philippines? Any input is appreciated. Thanks

My wife is in the US with H1B visa since 2022. We got married earlier this year Jan 2. Can I already apply for an H4 visa in Manila?

I always update here once in a while since this forum is my only resource throughout me and my children's process and I'm back again to ask questions.

My 2 yrs GC was approved April 2023 and my children's 2yrs GC got approved November of 2023, I'm still anxious and wanted to make sure that I'm still doing the right process until were all done

in this process. I believe its 3mos before my 2yrs GC expire, can i also file my children's GC or I need to separate mine and to them?. We have plans of travelling to PH next year or do the Cruise.

I apologize if my English is not good and I hope if anyone can understand my question i always appreciate the help and advice.

Hello everyone, I don't know if I'm on a right forum. Anyway, my backpack was stolen yesterday my wallet, credit cards and most importantly my green card visa. I have 10yr visa and planning this year to apply US citizen. Please can anyone tell me what to do? Where to go to report stolen greencard? How to get a new greencard? And where to get it.
