What is entailed to schedule an interview. My fiance completed the DS-160. What is the next step to schedule an interview?

I'm the US Citizen spouse and I'm getting ready to get a sponsor for my Affidavit of Support. I'm at the NVC stage of petitioning my wife in the Philippines.

I currently have 2 daughters who live with my ex-wife in the US and 1 daughter that lives with my current wife in the Philippines. That would be 3 children total. The daughter in the Philippines will be coming to the US with my wife.

I just want to confirm with you guys exactly how much annual income will my sponsor need to show to meet the requirements? Thanks!

Hello everyone! I did my biometrics for I-485 & I-765 on March 4 and all is good. Today, I received another biometrics notice for Travel Document which will be on March 27.

I will not be able to go because my husband has to work and I have no one to drive me there. I can t drive since I don t have a drivers license yet. On the notice it says I can reschedule it. However I m still not sure if my husband is off work the next appointment date that they will give.

I m thinking of doing an early walk-in because husband is available on the 25th. My ASC is in Detroit. Anyone who has done early walk in at Detroit ASC and successfully able to do their biometrics?

Hello everyone. What are the chances of getting a tourist visa approved for my older sister and younger sister? Their ages are 23 and 11. My older sister has a baby to prove she would come back. My husband (US Citizen) would be paying for the whole trip for them. I m just not sure if having a baby is enough to prove she would return, and also what proof would be needed to show my younger sister would return? Other than having to be back in time for school? Thank you all so much for any tips and advice.
