How long is the wait to get a notice for biometrics from Potomac? Also, are there petitioners here who were interviewed who originally have Potomac service centers and were interviewed previously during the AOS process?

Does K1 visa always valid for 6 months from the date of issuance or it varies with consul decision?

Due to this whole corona issue, my employer had to drastically reduce my work schedule. I am married but losing significant hours will affect our income.

will filing temporary unemployment be used against me by uscis and deny my i-751?

I'm the US Citizen spouse petitioning my wife in the Philippines for her IR-1 visa. I'm currently preparing to get her an appointment for her NBI Clearance to send to the NVC.

Does anyone know how long people are typically waiting to get an appointment by registering online? My wife is near Tacloban in Leyte.

Also are they canceling NBI processing because of the virus? Thanks a lot!

For those who are just getting started and submitting their K1 packets and other, who are waiting for NOA2, like myself, what effects does this worldwide shutdown have on this process?

My fiance is in the Philippines where the consulate in Manila has closed it's doors until further notice.

I'm almost scared that this is going to go on for a long long time and everyone will be stuck in limbo for months or years.
