US Immigration from Philippines

Hope all is well. I was trying to complete the DS 5540 ( Public Charge Questionnaire) for my wife but there are some parts of forms that confuses me. Do i need to include myself as a petitioner on part 3 where "List the expected members of your household in the United States." Thank y'all.

All appointments canceled until at least May 4.

In short I am stuck here in PI. Good thing me and fam was able to fly to Davao before the enhanced community quarantine in Manila. Went home to escort my wife and kids for their medical and interview but got cancelled because of the crisis.

I Am hearing that the president may extend for another 2 weeks the lockdown, no domestic flights going to Manila. Davao just started their ecq. On the lighter side, got to spend time with fam but this is definitely not a vacation lol.

Hello everyone, I just wanna ask if a petitioner can cancel the Visas which are already on my hand? We just broke up and he was saying if there's no hope anymore he will cancel it. Can he do that? Thank you for response!
