US Immigration from Philippines

Any f2b filers here with oct 2010 priority dates. As per visa bulletin update my petition is now current but no dont recieved welcome letter yet from NVC. Any of you have the same situation?

Hello. I already knew my rfe was coming when I checked my status online and it mentioned I had an rfe coming. I got the rfe today and I got the notice, what the requested items were, and a return envelope. Do I need to include postage with the envelope? It doesn t say anything about postage paid or even required so I m trying to find out. The rfe itself was for one passport size photo of myself which I did include with the petition so I guess the uscis official lost it or something stupid happened. I have already had 2 new photos done of myself so the evidence is ready. The rfe was easy to do so I m thankful for that but also kind of frustrated because I did include the item. Oh well I have to do what s necessary. But I m hoping someone can tell me if I need to include postage or not. I plan on mailing this out before the week is over.

For those who got married in Davis County, Utah, is your Marriage License really already your Marriage Certificate?

2 Certified True Copies of our Marriage License was mailed to us. After our wedding and it has a seal.

I read the requirements for San Francisco Philippine Consulate and it says there that the marriage certificate must show the number of times married. However, our marriage certificate/license do not have this information.

Should I just I submit my marriage certificate/license without this information?
