US Immigration from Philippines

I saw this today, kinda makes me happy because me and my fianc "think" our application was not delivered because DHL stop delivering and because of covid19. I hope everything will slowly get improve and gets better so as change status in CEAC after May 15 (lockdown).

Hi!, I'm trying to look for the general guidelines for the arrival health check procedures in San Francisco and LAX. We're migrating from the Philippines to Utah, and we'll have 1 international flight and another domestic flight to Utah.

I'd like to know how the quarantine works when we arrive.

Are we going to be quarantined at the point of entry (San Francisco or L.A.) or are we going to our destination and self-quarantine at home?

I've read 100 articles but nothing definitive has come out. Really want to know if they are extending Manila's lockdown.

This is a question on behalf of a friend. His wife already completed getting her VISA and got her passport returned to her. They were planning to bring her to the US in the month of March, but then things started to close it was more on the side they wanted to have her say goodbye properly to the family and what not.

Fast forward now:

Is there any restrictions on travel out of Thailand? I don't see anything. She lives in the Chon Buri province.

My personal research in assisting him. I don't see any restrictions. As long as you have a flight ticket out of the country you should be able to leave. I see there's international flights on Korean Air, and JAL out of Thailand. I assume if the tickets are being sold then there's no restrictions on leaving. I am not sure what's happening on the ground. I again don't see any restrictions on travel between the provinces where she lives and the airport.

I made multiple copies of my petition i was under the impression I should send my fianc basically a copy of everything I sent. I was reading some guide lines that they don t recommend sending anything by mail but I think it would look good for her interview when the time comes? It would be going to Manila from the United States . My original copy will still in the US correct? Sorry for all the questions thanks stay safe
