US Immigration from Philippines

Hello! My wife and I have a little problem. Well, months ago we were not able to have a joint account because my wife does not have a state ID and the bank does not accept her passport. Fast forward to today, her passport is expired, she used to have an appointment last March and April for passport renewal at her embassy but due to the corona virus, it was cancelled. Now we have a stimulus check, and we cannot cash or deposit it because her passport is expired. Are there any other ways to cash the check? Replies would be appreciated!

How to make another acc username to CGI Portal? last March 2019 i applied as a tourist and i have no idea what account the agency made up for to make an appointment but i still have my old appointment. I was thinking to make a call and make another one. What what be the other way for this soo we can proceed and make the earliest appointment? I teally appreciate your answers, advice and any info. My Noa2 expires on June 2. My fiancee had an interview scheduled in Manila in Mid april and then in May, but both were cancelled due to the quarantine that is in place over there.Also the embassy has cancelled interviews for the time being. From what I understand, Noa2 automatically extends for 4 months when an interview is scheduled. Is this true, and do I need to do anything else?

I have read that for I-864 you have to use the AGI for income ( mine shows a negative ) but total income is positive, then i have read to use total income only on form, which one do i use? If i use AGI then i will probably need sponsor if i use total i have 250% plus. Which way do i go?
