Right now, my understanding is that the CFO Offices in all locations are closed until July 31, 2020 due to the Modified ECQ. For those of you who are in my situation where your beneficiary has completed the seminar and just needs the CFO Sticker, they can produce a temporary certificate that can be printed and act as an official CFO Sticker. I was able to contact the CFO directly and they pointed to me to the following article below:

- Unfortunately, it is in Tagalog but it contains guidelines and a step-by-step process to obtaining this certificate.

- You are then required to complete a series of pages asking for personal information about your Petitioner and Beneficiary
- After filling out all the required fields, you will then be able to quickly preview all your entries and get a choice to download a pdf of the Temporary Barcoded Certificate shown below
- There is currently no fee to get this certificate

- The best way to get in touch with someone in the CFO department, is to message them on Facebook Messenger

- I have contacted them a number of times and have been able to answer my questions within an hour or less
Again, this information is for people that have already completed the seminar. I'm assuming there is an online process that will get you thru the seminar as well. If you have questions for them, contacting them on Facebook is your best option.
