US Immigration from Philippines

My wife who is in the Philippines said she has been watching videos and a gal said she had to pay additional fees during interview. I have already payed the IV and AOS fees through NVC and i know we have to pay for medical and exit fees from there but what other fees would have to be paid at time of interview?

I just have a concern regarding on my oath taking hopefully soon.But here is my case today I was given a speed ticket 51 on 35. And I am willing to just pay this fine all

of it so it wont even be on the record.Now since I am still waiting on my oath taking letter date.Should I check the box on the form yes on my actual Oath taking day or not?I was interviewed Last March 2020 and passed it.Please any advise

on this matter.

The US embassy in the Philippines rejected my petition due to my fianc e only having a divorce not an annulment.

The annulment just finished up in the courts.

Now I'm looking at refiling with one change. I'm going to add her son.

Do I start with a new app referencing the previous request? Or is there some sort of amendment process to the previous request?

Originally filed in 2015. Then rejected in 2016.

The new ruling on I-944 is anything but clear. I haven't found a resource showing whether I as the sponsor of my wife and her 2 children, fill it out or whether she fills it out - It is logical to think that I as the sponsor would fill that form out since it is my income and my assets that qualify me to be a sponsor -- This I-944 is intended to keep people from staying here and becoming dependent on the government, I applaud that as I know many immigrants who have moved here and live off of welfare, medicaid, public housing etc.

Any seniors here who can shed some light?

Hi everyone! I went to Chicago Consulate on March 13th to renew my passport and until now I haven t received it. I emailed them on May 9th to ask for an update and the response was they haven t received any March applications due to the pandemic. Anyone else renewed their passport on the same month? Have you received yours?
