US Immigration from Philippines

Hello,

I have been reviewing some websites and I have a few questions:

1. It seems that once my LPR wife becomes a naturalized citizen, her LPR stepdaughter who lives with us and is under 18, will automatically become a U.S. Citizen as well. Can you please confirm that to be true?

2. My LPR stepdaughter's conditional green card expires May of next year. If her mother's naturalization doesn't happen by February, we will need to file for the ROC for her at that time. Is that also true?

3. When my wife becomes a naturalized citizen, what will happen to my daughter's ROC filing if there is overlap between the two processes? Does it just become disappear or do I have to alert USCIS?

Hi everyone. Can someone please help. My mother and my father are holding my Malaysian birth certificate from me. We have tried calling the police but they laugh at me and tell me to make up with my mom and ask her for it (she refuses to give it to me "for my protection"), we have tried contacting Malaysia but they're saying in order to extract a birth certificate they need my parent to come with me to get it even though I am 20. My whole family is against me because they don't want me to leave the country and I am losing hope. Please if anyone knows anything that we can do to get my birth certificate because I need my final interview done. I am begging for anyone who can give any advice at all.

We will pick up our visa yellow packet today at Parqal. My fiance has read in the tic Tok Army post that the Manila CFO office is difficult to get the certificate compared to the other locations. She he hell bent on going to Cebu for her CFO because what she read on Tic Tok.

Has anyone experienced any problem with the Manila office? Has there been any delays in issuing the CFO certificate? From what i read from previous posts, the CFO is issued electronically (QR) in an email within 1 hour after the seminar has ended. Is this still correct?

Im planning to filed for citizenship this year. My question is, my partner and I aren't together anymore after being together for 7 years. Were not divorced but we live separately. Will it cause a problem or could result RFE in the future? Thanks

I apologize for posting twice today, however I am having an issue with the K1 scheduling website. Today during my interview I was told to come back with my original birth certificate and was given a yellow piece of paper and the woman there said to reschedule and bring it back to do my final interview (This was during the pre-screening). She said that I would NOT have to pay again. However I am trying to reschedule now on usvisascheduling but it's making me do everything again including biometrics and payment. Is there anything I can do?
