US Immigration from Philippines

Will this be an issue or possibly delay approval? I m worried it might because I owe taxes for 2019, which I disclosed on my N400. I am on a payment plan and uploaded the documentation with my application. I filed for an extension on my 1040 in April and made my estimated payments for 2021. I wasn t expecting my interview until next year so I figured as long as I filed my return by the October extension date, I d be fine. I wanted to take more time because I wanted to itemize my deductions to lower my tax liability instead of taking the standard deduction like I usually do. My interview got scheduled way faster than anticipated so I got to work with a CPA and filed my return a week after learning of my interview date. The IRS still hasn t processed it. The IRS website says 9 out of 10 1040s are processed in 3 weeks, but I know this time of year gets busy again for them with the 1120 Business return extension due date being due in a couple days. I feel like USCIS might look at my application with more scrutiny. Like, oh this chick is behind on her 2019 tax payments AND she didn t file her 2021 under the normal due date and her return hasn t been processed yet.

I messed up trying to register for cfo. Do I have to wait 15 days before I can try again? Please help

My wife s cousin s case I-130 has been documentarily complete at the NVC since March 16th 2021 according to the last text message the NVC sent on March 18th 2021. They also said in the same message that they d follow up every 60 days to let him know he was still in line, but that hasn t happened. I m assuming this was a COVID thing, but has anyone else experienced this? He doesn t know what to do and family is unhelpful! I feel so bad because it s been over 10 years since his entire family immigrated and he was left behind at 18 years old. By the time they filed the first i-30 he was over age and had to file again

Any advice would mean the world and I ll pass it on!

Hello everyone, I know that this has been asked multiple times but I did not see any recent post about this. My mother petitioned for my brother with PD of 2015. She just got her citizenship last month. From my understanding F2B will automatically changed to F1. As I was looking at the visa bulletin F1 is now working on March 2012 and F2B is still on Oct 2011. I am not sure if i am understanding the bulletin correctly, because there's another box that says they are working on F1 April 2015.

Is it worth changing from F2B to F1? If yes, how do I do it? Thank you

While attempting to update my timeline on my frofile it is becoming more apparent that the names used on this site for actions are not common enough for the basic user to match with the status of their case or form being used. I am looking for a simple guide on site function and how to update/maintain my profile. Another option would be for each section in the timeline check list to be in the order of processing and match the same order for the edit function. My goal is to update the status of my I-751 on my profile and I do not have any clue base on the selectable options in the edit profile page. I know I sent my package to Arizona but am not seeing that as an option.
