US Immigration from Philippines

Hello,

I'm looking for opinions on whether or not to delay paying for GC or not until after Wife and step-son enter the US or not? After they arrive in the US, we have to move and change address because I'm not able to stay with them in my Senior Apts. Also, I would have to make sure the USCiS has my new address before paying the GC fees.

Are there any negatives to delaying or would it be better to just pay after interview approval?

My daughter's case is still at NVC awaiting the interview schedule. I am a Green card holder and planning to become a USC. Would it expedite my daughter's case if I become a USC or just wait as an LPR till the petition journey is over?

I got accepted for remote (office admin) volunteer work because I told them that I just applied for my green card renewal. I am currently job hunting and I wanted to know if anyone got discriminated against as well for an actual job while having their ROC (I-751) processed.

It's a new consultant company consisting of 2 people as of the moment with no actual clients yet but they needed volunteers to help with admin tasks. Since I have been having a hard time finding a hybrid/ remote job in NYC, I thought of applying. Didn't think I would be rejected like this, lol.

Does anyone know how long it is taking to receive green cards after arriving in US from PI? Can they travel out of the country prior to receiving cards, as in a cruise or to visit me in Mexico?

I m not eligible to apply yet but just want to be prepared when the time comes. I will be applying for N-400 under the 3 year rule next year. I know one of the main requirements is marriage certificate. However, in Wisconsin, it is a felony to copy/scan vital records. I checked with Vital Records office and they confirmed this. And I have always sent certified copies to USCIS. I tried looking it up on VJ and there were only two posts about this that I ve seen.

I was hoping to file online. So I have a few questions:

1. For those who are familiar with the process in the Philippines, I have a copy of our PSA issued report of marriage - it shows that we got married in Wisconsin. Can I upload this instead of our marriage certificate? Then maybe just attach the email I received from DHS vital records and a letter that I can send them a certified copy if needed?

2. Since my husband was born in Wisconsin, can I just provide a copy of his passport instead? It is a valid passport that he got over 3 years ago, he never lost citizenship.

3. Or should I just file it by mail? I can then provide certified copies of both marriage certificate and birth certificate.
