My nvc is currently in transit. I would like to start filling out I -134 declaration of financial support form. But it says there on top right corner expires July 31, 2023. Should I wait until it gets renewed or go ahead and use this form now.

Just received an RFE, asking for additional evidence of good faith marriage. I sent joint checking and savings accounts, credit cards statements, lease document, car insurance and health insurance, joint tax returns. They want more and not the same docs?

What else is there? They are also asking for a marriage certificate which was also included, saying the in The same line about do not included docs already submitted.

At a bit of a loss here.

Oh no! I turned in my original divorce decree with wet signature together with my K1 application. My fianc e has just a copy. Should I get another new one from the court so I can give it to her prior to her interview.

Title says it all. My wife and I believe we are going to get our I-130 approved in the very near future and I don't expect (more like hope) the DQ phase will take much time because we are all ready for it. So I am wondering how long a wait it currently is for an appointment in Manila?

I also see people trying to schedule their own appointments, but I thought that once you are DQ'd the Embassy is the one who sends your appointment? Is this an expedited method?

we just got our nvc number on July 24th and starts with MNL, but not yet showing in transit. we went ahead and submitted our ds-160. should we go ahead and pay our mrv fee now or wait until our nvc number is in transit?
