US Immigration from Philippines

Some confusion as to which forms are required. Looking at the US consulate in Manila website, they list the DS-260 is required. We thought we needed the DS- 160.

Same for the statement of support. The consulate lists I-864, and again, we thought we needed the I-134.

If you can clarify this, thank you.

my fiancee k1 visa appointment confirmation on her email, down at the bottom of the page, instructions section, we are unsuccessful to open the hyperlink. anyone has a same issue? is this where all the documents checklist located for her upcoming interview?

My DIL and grandkids were converted to IW1 and are ready for exam and interviews. The problem is that we got 3 NOIRs on 3 of the kids, Lawyer said just respond that case is already converted. We wrote a letter and are sending copy of the conversion from NVC. but the website keeps saying unable to upload documents, try again later. Has anyone else had any problems?

Looks like online class is unavailable because of system maintenance that started last month. So only face to face is available?

Has anyone done this in the Davao office and could offer any guidance? I just want to make sure she doesn t make the 10+ hour one way bus ride for nothing.

Its weird that you can register for face to face online, but not the online course.
