Hello everyone! Just saw this info and wanna share here. International travelers entering the Philippines may now access the new eTravel portal. According to the Department of Tourism, the Bureau of Information will discontinue the use of the One Health Pass website and the paper Arrival Card starting December 5, 2022. Upon entering the Philippines, all travelers, foreign and local, including infants and children, are required to provide arrival and health information through the etravel.gov.ph portal starting December 2. The new portal will provide an electronic travel card, replacing the One Health Pass. Source: https://www.technobaboy.com/2022/12/03/etravel-portal-replaces-onehealthpass-for-ph-travelers/

Just a "public service announcement!" The USD-PHP exchange rate now and projected is falling fast. I might suggest sending what you can now if you have a lot to send over the next few months. Projections have dropped from touching the 60 range to bottoming out around 50 mid-2023 (and that does not factor in the exchange rate differences that whatever your remittance service charges. https://longforecast.com/usd-to-php-today-forecast Yikes!

Hello all! I successfully obtained my Report of Marriage document from Washington DC consulate in 2016. I now need to use this to report my children's birth in the Philippines. I am reporting the birth of two children so it seems I need to submit two orginal copies of my Report of Marriage. Does anyone know how I can obtain another ROM copy from the Washington DC consulate? I am assuming I don't need to send in all the requirements again as I just need a copy. Any insight would help!!! Thanks so much!

Our immigration journey has finally come to an end. Oath Ceremony and Certificate of Naturalization completed and received yesterday. They did not allow any guests to attend, so I was unfortunately not able to see this special moment for my wife. The ceremony took less than an hour to complete (including all of the pics taken inside). I want to thank everyone in the forum for their wisdom and experiences, as sometime this journey required with some of the twists and turns with USCIS and the Embassy. All the best to everyone that continues the journey forward.

A friend of mine in Florida was married to her husband overseas. There's local office in Tampa, but had her CR1 interview in the Manhattan office in NYC. We both found it kinda strange, but is it normal not to interview at the nearest local office? Has this happened to anyone else on here? just curious.
