US Immigration from Philippines

Hi,

Does anybody here know if you can exit Philippines with expired ACR I card? Anybody here tried leaving the Philippines with expired ACR I card? What happened ? Or what's the deal in the airport if they find out you have expired ACR? Are they gonna let you leave or not?

Hi everyone! So, last week we have mailed of K1 Visa application and I know now that its is a waiting game. Anyway, I am already overthinking about the proof of Evidences we have summitted and hope that we get RFE.

CHAT LOGS - We are not a very "texty" (if that's even a term lol) couple so there is not a lot of chat conversations to provide. The one that we have summitted doesn't really have a lot going on.

VIDEO CALL SCREENSHOTS/ LOGS - We mostly talk on Video calls, everyday, so we provided some screenshots form that.

PHOTOS - My partner and I lived together for almost a year while he was still here in Bahrain for work. So we attached photos of that.

ENGAMENT - we don't have anything at all to show that we got engage as we have decided we will do a formal engagement when we visit the Philippines next year.

BONA FIED INTENT TO MARRY - though we didn't have any proof of engagement, we have provided Personal statements from his father, my parents and some friends that was notarized.

If we got RFE, hopefully not, what do you think they will ask? and do I have to bring copy of all the documents included in our packet during the interview? i know they will give a list but I tend to over prepare just in case.

For those who have experienced or who have knowledge about the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. Kindly share me your knowledge. Thank you in advance.

I'm about to leave the Philippines to USA for the first time in December. Got my visa and stuff. But one thing came up. I don't know how, I just ended up clicking random website from my phone. You know -- was just searching.. "everything I need to do or know before moving to US from the PH for the first" time something like that. Then I saw the CFO/GFP certificate with sticker. If it wasn't because of me searching random things before I leave. I might have booked the ticket to US without knowing I need this certificate. I'm just wondering. If that happens and I'm at the airport already ready to fly. Would they stop me because I don't have that CFO/GFP certificate? Or is there exceptions? Would they still allow me to leave my country or not? Would my ticket be wasted?

How many photos each do we need. Is it 4 for St Luke's and 4 for interview?

I hope I have it tagged under the correct topic, My husband (petitioner) and I (beneficiary) have been filling out forms and reviewing things before we submit them. I wanted to change my last name to his but it seems like it would take a while to get new IDs here in Philippines to make it possible and so we have decided to just use my maiden name in all the forms for now however I would like to ask for those that decided to use their maiden name instead of their husband's last name if it's going to be a problem if I do not change my last name to his?
