US Immigration from Philippines

Our son was born in October and he already has a US passport. The state department took all of 2 days to process and mail it. Maybe I wasted $60 on expedited service because what kind of background check can you do on a baby?

Anyway, his mom is a Filipina so I sent in a ream of papers to the PCG in San Francisco for the ROB. Does anyone know how long that takes?

Once we have that we can apply for his RP passport but the consulate website says that takes 6-8 weeks due to it being produced by the DFA in the RP and then mailed.

I think we'll probably go to the RP DFA on his US passport and gets his RP passport there. If we can get an appointment.

But just wondering how long the ROB takes if anyone has experience.

First, thank you for taking the time to help me. I've started watching Youtube videos and reading guides but have a couple questions about I-134 for a fianc visa.

1) As the petitioner, I work for the federal government and I'm not sure if my supervisor or their boss can provide me with a signed statement like required in this process. Do you think it would be ok to print my personnel file from OPM that has this information on it and also provide them with "The work number" that they could use to call and verify?

2) My salary is easily enough to cover the minimums but as for listing assets I have about 3 retirement accounts with $50k+ in each. Should I list these? If I do list them, do I need the letter of good standing from the bank that shows the date account opened, deposits for the year, and current balance? I plan to do that with my checking account but do I need to do it for every account including retirement? I also have an investing account, do I do it for that too?

3) If my salary covers the requirements, would it be better to leave off assets to avoid a possible RFE?

4) Part 3, question 21 - I saw a lawyer on youtube recommend putting yes, then the explanation, "I intend to provide room and board and anything else required by my fianc , first as my fianc , then as my wife after her arrival in the United States. Is this what most people put down?

I understand that the stamp placed in their passports when entering the US, serves as green card until the real deal arrives. My question is: can they travel from PI to US, go through POE, spend the night, and then proceed to Mexico. I have a house in Cozumel, Mexico and due to lack of housing in the states until a later date, I wanted to bring them there for a couple of months.

On my family;s St Luke;s list is "Letter with Case Number", what exactly are they talking about. In their packets are the St Luke appointment letter and Embassy appointment letter. What other letter do they mean?
