US Immigration from Philippines

WASHINGTON U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is now authorized to expand its law enforcement authorities and newly-minted USCIS 1811 classified officers (commonly known as special agents) will be empowered to investigate, arrest, and present for prosecution those who violate America s immigration laws under a final rule published today.

Please help we are running out of time. My fiance is in the Philippines and Im here in USA. We got the approval for the I-129f and the approval expires Sept 7th in 4 days, I just got the info from NVC in Manila, Philippines for us to file for interview etc etc, Do we file for immigrant or nonimmigrant for her. Please help, I have been stressing out the whole time about this.

Our paperwork has made it to the Visa Center in Manila Thank God. We still need the interview and Medical. do we schedule the Medical our selfs and where do we schedule it at? Cebu or Manila and how.

As title says: for those DQ'd in August of any year, when was your interview date?

I just got email from NVC telling me my Fiances approved I-129F was received in Manila. But what I dont understand is on all the paper work I filled out I put her name as (Name A) J. (Name B), on the email and on the I-797 it says (Name A) O (Name C) not (Name B). But where did the O come from?? Will this cause any problems when she goes to Manila for her interview. Im not rich and can not pay for her to fly back and forth to correct these issues.
