US Immigration from Philippines

Last time I checked they were about 4-6 months behind for spousal visas. Anyone in the Philippines recently get their interview date and want to share their DQ date as well so we can gauge the times?

I am applying for the IR-1 Spouse Visa to bring my wife from Philippines to US. Form I-864 Affidavit of Support has a section for income and a section for assets. I heard that they do not care about my assets, the only thing that matters is my income. Is this true? My income will only be about $5,000 above the minimum, so I'm hoping if I include assets it will help.

Hi, so the title sums up the situation. Fiance is moving in the near future and we don't have the final address of her apartment yet. Her move in date has been pushed back a couple times and it's delayed us getting the process started with the I-129F for almost a month now.

How difficult is it to update the address of the foreign person being petitioned for after the form is submitted or is it best if we wait for her to settle to her new address?

Hello everyone! We're at the NVC stage of this whole process and I have a question about the I-864. I am petitioning for my children (2); do I need to fill out 2 separate I-864's?

TheI-129F instruction says to send court certified copies of the arrest record and or disposition. Are they asking for the certified copy that the court will mail to me or a copy of it? I don't want to send the actual certified copy because they might need me to show it later in the K-1 visa process.
