US Immigration from Philippines

We need to obtain a copy of my Wife's birth certificate from the Philippines. My Attorney gave us a link. I think I may have ordered a copy at some point from them, but it is missing. Anyway, it seems they wanna send it through DHL. The quote I was given for one birth certificate sent to the USA through DHL is like $167.80. Does this sound right? Can't these be sent through like Fed Ex? I could of sworn last time we got one for like $30.00 mailed to the us. it took like a month to get, but was sent in a normal type envelope of some kind.

Any suggestions?

I couldn't find anything posted post-Covid, so I'm asking. The Embassy web site mentions fees from time to time. I know we paid the AOS fee and the IV fee to the NVC when we uploaded all the IR1 documents. Are there any other fees to pay besides at ST. Lukes? Thanks

Good day! It has been decades since my last visit, but life was just busy ever since then.

Anyway, I have a question because it is confusing for me.

Here s my case:

I am a dual citizen (US) and (Phils.) I and my husband will be in the Philippines next month for a 3 months vacation. We booked an Asian cruise which starts in Singapore on May 18 2023 together with our family (party of 5). We will be departing from Manila to Singapore for a that cruise.

My question is, - which passport should I present to Singapore immigration upon arrival? as well as upon leaving Singapore?

This one confused me because it s my first time as a dual citizen entering another country coming from Manila.

I and my husband go to the Philippines every year for a vacation, and I always present both passports in entering and departing Philippines. It s just that I am not sure which passport to use upon arrival in Singapore.

I would appreciate any inputs or any experiences you had regarding this case. TIA!

Hi everyone! Anyone here has any idea if I can travel back to the Philippines using my passport in my maiden name and my vaccination card in my married name. I know there is no problem with using the maiden name passport as long as I bring with me my married certificate and such. However, I have a friend who was recently divorced and she scrambled to get her vaccination card changed to her maiden name to match her new passport (back to her maiden name) few days before her travel because she got info that both documents must match.

I think it's ridiculous, but how true is this???

I travelled to the US under K1 visa by the way, and is currently waiting for the removal of conditions adjudication.
