US Immigration from Philippines

Sorry if this is the wrong spot, but I m not sure where to ask my question. My wife and I just reached the nvc stage and I need answers that I can t seem to get or they conflict. We filed the I-130 with her maiden name, yet I ve been told that I can update her married name at the nvc stage so that I wouldn t have to do name changes once she arrived in the US. We want to have her married name used on her IV application and going forward but not sure if it s possible. Her passport is currently in her maiden name, but if we need to change it to married we can relatively easy.

Can we use her married name on the ds-260 and if so would it then cause her gc and everything to be issued in the married name? Or is it not possible to use the married name until she s already state side and have to go the long and expensive name change route? Wife is a Philippines citizen if it helps.

Am I reading these timelines correctly:

AoS - Average total days until interview 262 days

Advance Parole (I-131) US Immigration Statistics (visajourney.com)

Our primary goal is to allow my fianc to return to the Philippines around 9-10 months after she gets here so that she can have enough time to take her son to get his medical exam completed & interview for his K2 so that he can follow to join us within the year of her K1 visa issuance. Based on what I am seeing above, is it basically pointless to file for Advanced Parole since the decision seem to be close enough for us to achieve what we are hoping to achieve? It doesn't seem to make sense to pay $575 for the AP if the AoS will be completed a month later & within the time frame we are hoping to complete the process in. I am also planning to get our congressmen involved to ensure that she completes the AoS with enough time to get her son here.

Am I missing anything here?

i will be traveling soon and just want to ask you. My I-751 application is been pending since June 2019. Let September I got I-551 stamp in my passport. And just about a month ago I received a 48 months extension letter. I m just so worried to travel and can t decide which one to show as a proof of my immigration status. Will the stamped passport sufficient enough? Or the 48months extension letter? The problem is when I had my passport stamped they took away my expired greencard. Anyone can share your experience? I had a petition filed for my filipino husband, but he decided he didn't want to immigrate to US, so I withdrew it. Also, he has another woman and a new baby. I am a Philippine immigrant, now a US citizen. Can anyone give me a liilte guidance on, if I can divorce him without going back to the Philippines? I was looking at some online divorces, but they seem too good to be true. Thank you, so much!
