US Immigration from Philippines

Anyone know when June 1st will be available? Everything after 5/28 is greyed out currently. It seems to be about a month out they will let you schedule but if I knew the specific time frame then I could be on top of it when my goal of 6/1 becomes available. We have already scheduled our Medical and I do not want to keep my fianc e in Manila for longer than necessary. Thank you in advance! This is just a general question. A few years ago I got divorced from a Filipina who I had married in the Philippines. I know divorce is not legal there .

Over the years I have found another lady I'm very interested in and have been chatting with for a while now. We have discussed marriage. However she wants a wedding there for her family. Now I have found a place that is u.s based that does them via internet call and it's legal and recognized via u.s immigration.

My questions lies with the Philippines NSA. Should we go that route . Will the NSA recognize the new marriage over the old one if divorce paperwork is provided? And will the lady be able to report the new marriage and change her passport to the married name for u.s immigration?

My family has all been approved on W1 and W2 visas. We want to enter through LAX but after clearing immigration do we need to stay in US? My late husbands mom has a house in Mexico and the plan is to go there either same day or next day. We will stay there a month or so, while the new house is built in Florida. Can we expect any problems?

I just got my FBI records from my American fiance and he told me the story of being falsely accused by a mentally challenged patient he worked with. He went to jail, but the charges were dropped. He s innocent. This was more than 10 years ago.

My K1 visa is approved. Interview passed. But I have my CFO seminar in the Philippines coming up and the port of entry interview down the line when I fly to the States. I worry they'll refuse or deny me entry or affect any of our chances at all, or just in general make it inconvenient for us to push through with immigration.

Did anyone here go through the same experience? Any advice to offer? It s not a dropped case, just charge, so are there other additional documents I should prepare? Just want to be ready for my fiance.

Just an inquiry to see if anyone knows why one step child would show IR2 (17 yr old if that matters) and my wife and other child are showing CR1 and CR2 respectively. We will not have been married 2 years until May 12 of this year.
