US Immigration from Philippines

So I was married in the Philippines in 2013. My wife divorced me 2 years ago. I am looking for an attorney to file a RECOGNITION OF

FOREIGN DIVORCE. I found one in Manila but he wants 50k php as a retainer. That sounds a little pricey to me. Also, is the filing to be

done in a regional court and would it be better to find an attorney in Cebu where we were married? Does anyone know of an attorney that is

to be trusted? Please advise. Mahalo

Sorry if this has been asked before. I couldn t find anything in the archives. Joan and I are going to the Philippines in June. This will be her first time returning as a dual US-Filipino citizen. We booked the flight using her US passport. Are there any special things we need to do? Does she present both passports at each step (TSA, security and the gate in the US, immigration in the Philippines, security and immigration leaving the Philippines and immigration when we return to the US?) I reached out to Philippine Airlines, but they could not answer my question. Salamat!

so my fiancee has a child, he just turn 15 years old. hopefully she will be going to her interview in a few months. I read somewhere that she needs to bring her child to the interview with her. My question is , does her child needs to have his passport during the interview?

My current annual income is over $73,000. My income is comprised of VA and social security. VA is not taxable.

On lines 24a, 24b and 24c, I'm having problems figuring out what to use as my income? I've seen others have said to use the Total income on the 2nd page but that make zero sense to me.

2022 says my social security income is $23,340, but it says total income is only $502.

2021 says my S.S. income is $22,032, but Total income is $10,613.

2020 says my S.S. income is $23,592, but Total Income is $5,222.

The tax transcript makes no sense.

The way this looks, I can show almost no income. I also have no available Co-sponsor.

I would have a question about if they would require using savings as well.

I don't know anymore what i'll do right now, I'm having anxiety. I can't afford any fees and lawyers because my i-485 got denied marriage-based (U.S Citizen). We filed our case since 2020 and it almost 2 and a half years now.
The reason for denial are two reasons:
1. The petitioning sponsors 2021 Federal income tax return (by that time it wasnt available)
2. A Form I-864 of the latest edition date from a qualifying joint sponsor. (it shouldnt be joint sponsor but just a sponsor, its just my husband can sponsor me)

We dont know how do the right way of cover letter for I-290B stating why our case should be reopen
We want to send a I-290B form to reopen our case.
