Good Day all. I petitioned my daughter when i was still a green card holder. Her PD is April 24,2014. I became US Citizen 6 years ago. Do i have to inform NVC about my status? Will that help the status of my daughter to be upgraded and proceed the processing at NVC? What is DQ? When can we receive a welcome Letter from NVC? Just getting confused of all what Im reading here. Thank you in advance for your help.

CEAC website glitches! I see this is a persistent issue, according to all the posts I've read here. I've completed the DS-260 for my wife who is in the Philippines, and now I have been working with her to get it signed and submitted from her end. She can log on and go through the whole review. Every time she tries to complete the last part to sign and submit, it resets and returns an error. We have tried this multiple times a day for 2 days now. The CEAC website won't accept the submission! I've had no problems accessing and completing the application on my end. I fear that it could be an unresolvable issue due to internet issues in the Philippines. If that's the case, I don't know how to resolve this. I've followed the advice of other posts in an attempt to fix the problem, but nothing works. If only the NVC would allow the petitioner to sign and submit the application with the consent of the applicant! Has anyone had the same problem and resolved it? Any advice and direction that would help would be greatly appreciated.

K1 with three K2s for Manila to USA We are currently waiting on our NOA2 for our K1 Visa for Manila. We have three children that will accompany us from the Philippines to USA as K2. Has anyone recently completed this process with children? If so can you reply about your experiences. Also about arrival with children in the USA. Specifically, I understand that only 15 years old and up need to attend the interview. Is this correct? Our children are 9, 10, and 15. The DS-160s... Do I need to rill out a separate DS-160 for each child and the Beneficiary too? For some reason I thought that when you added children to the Beneficiary's DS-160 that the form then allowed continued filing out of three more forms all linked and to be submitted at once? Where did I get this idea? Also then I assume there is a separate DS-160 (Visa) fee for each of the children and beneficiary, i.e. times 4. Currently we have the DS-160 filled out to the "Review" section after the "photo". We do not intend to actually submit it until we have the NOA2 as I think I am seeing recommended on this forum. So did I miss something where the children's forms should be linked together for one submission? Also can someone please explain about arrival in the USA. Will I, The sponsor Fiance, be able to go through the same immigration/customs line to help with the children. I'm sure they will be all wound up from the excitement. Perhaps I need to break out this into a separate question here on the forum. If so then mention that and I will. Also I seem to be unable to figure out how to post to the specific Philippine forum. Regards Erlin and Floyd

Hi all, my sister who is a Permanent Resident, filed a form I-130 to sponsor her unmarried biological daughter. That case is currently waiting for a visa to become available. However, the adult child beneficiary recently gave birth. How to add the baby as a derivative beneficiary in the petition. I need help to do it. What form I need to fill out to add the baby and how much is the fee for adding the child? Any input are really appreciated.

I'm currently filling out my online N-400 application and am not sure how to answer the "When did you move here?" question. I came to the US in late 2020 with a B2, adjusted status in 2021 which was approved in 2022. Ever since I came here, I stayed at and lived at my then-fianc -now-husband's house, so the same address ever since. Which date should I put in the "From" of the "When did you move here?" question - is it the the date I arrived in the US in 2020 with the B2, the date I got married, the date I filed for AOS, the date EAD was approved, or the date I-485 was approved?
