US Immigration from Philippines

My wife has to travel for the interview/biometrics i noticed it was a 2 day wait, my question is what is the furthest it can done, our plan was she has to travel a month before for her physical then back for interview but i seen its at least a two day wait to do Biometrics, can we do them when she is there for medical

Does this question refer to when the green card expires or is it in regards to the previous question:

13. If the marriage through which you gained conditional residence has ended, provide the date it ended (date of divorce or date of death) (mm/dd/yyyy)

Silly question...we are preparing our i-751 & looking at the current processing times...it is roughly 26-29 months. What happens to the green card holder during that time? The green card will expire before the end of the current projected processing times...are they still legal to stay in the country? Do they receive some type of temporary card while the i-751 is being processed?

We are still very early in the CR-1/I-130 process. We had our case accepted a little over a month ago and at this point we are simply waiting for status updates. My question is: given that there are no requirements for additional or missing information, when should we expect to get our next status update? I know that the process is long and unpredictable, but on average how soon do you get progress updates on average when everything is going at a normal pace?

Our childrens ROC was filed and this is their timeline:

10/24/25 - Mailed(UPS), Elgin,IL

10/27/25- Received

11/01/25 - Notice of Applicant ( NO Biometrics) & Extension Letter (48mos)

sent.

*mail not in hand yet.

All 3 (kids) age 12, 10, 9 has the same status and right now no update and Im waiting for the mail. At the bottom of their paper says "SCOPS TEXAS FACILITY" while mine is just "Texas" as Service Center, what is the differrence? the processing time?
