We received notice that the case had been received on 03/15/2024 and that the I-797 would be sent in the mail. As of today 05/20/2024, we still have not received it. I have read in most peoples experience that it came in about 4 weeks. My wife's 2 year card expires on the 26th. Not a big deal other than we plan to travel out of the country in mid July.

Question regarding documents for interview, specifically CENOMAR and PSA Advisory on Marriage. The PHILS USEM pre-interview checklist is a bit confusing. It states, in part, if you are single to bring a CENOMAR, but then also says the CENOMAR is needed for CR1/IR1 interviews. It also says if you are married to bring an advisory on marriage. It appears a CENOMAR will detail past marriages and annulments, but the PSA help page says if you are married and request a CENOMAR, PSA will send you an advisory on marriage. What are the actual documents needed? TIA ![IMG_5084.jpeg](https://www.visajourney.com/static/images/uploads/monthly_2024_05/IMG_5084.thumb.jpeg.fae8fe7f4641774980c1984e60fecbc7.jpeg) ![IMG_5085.jpeg](https://www.visajourney.com/static/images/uploads/monthly_2024_05/IMG_5085.thumb.jpeg.932c2fd7edd642d99efc5677f2fe7830.jpeg)

Hi all, I just wanted to clarify some things on the DS-260 for my wife I'm petitioning in the Philippines. 1). For addresses, should I put "NA" on line 1 if there is no actual street name/number? 2). Would putting the Barangay name/number in line 2 of the address field be ok since it's the only other info I have without a street name? 3). In the Family Information Section for Children it asks, "Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you?" Since my daughter is already a US Citizen from her CRBA she isn't technically immigrating right? She would travel with my wife to the US but not immigrate. So I would answer "NO" right? Thanks so much all! ![Screenshot_20240518_183819_Chrome.jpg](https://www.visajourney.com/static/images/uploads/monthly_2024_05/Screenshot_20240518_183819_Chrome.thumb.jpg.d981f95fe5c1d627f42218f6cea75abf.jpg)

All: It won't be much longer before I pick up my fianc e. We're bringing our cats back to the US with us. Yes, I know about the BAI permitting and all that (I've done this before). I've been looking at several itineraries from CLT-MNL and back. Our real only choice for in-cabin pet travel is Korean Air / Delta codeshare. It seems as flying from Manila with Korean Airlines is a bit more expensive than Delta all the way back (although they're codeshare). Delta has some sort of pet embargo; I understand that is for pets checked in cargo ONLY and not in-cabin internationally? Thoughts? *checking my cats in cargo with any airline doesn't work for us. Thanks!

I'm a US citizen and will be departing from Manila terminal 3, with my Filipino wife and daughter. Which immigration line do we queue, foreign or Philippine? I don't want to separate from them in the airport.
