US Immigration from Philippines

Hello,

I know about the Adjustment of Status, the Employment Authorization, and the Advanced Parole.

I am trying to make sure there is no paperwork or anything we need to do before the 90 days expires AFTER we have gotten married, obtained a signed marriage license, and filed the license with the county.

From what I understand Adjustment of Status is the next thing, but it isn't REQUIRED before 90 days, correct? Is there any paperwork we need to file, any form, to prove we fulfilled the requirement for getting married in 90 days?

Am i eligible to file for N400 while my I751 is still in a process? Im still married and will celebrate 4yrs next Feb. My I751 still in a process for almost a year now, if im eligible do you have any checklist? if not when do you think is the right time? I may have ideas but im not confident without asking your guide and tips.

p.s My 2yrs gc expired Apr 7, 2025 now i have 48mos extension.

We are currently traveling Asia together after living in Palawan for 2 years. Should we use Rose's family address in the Philippines or my US address? The US address is more secure for receiving mail, but we don't want to imply that Rose is already in the US. Thank you

so my fiance is orginally from the phillipines but has lived in malta for 3 years. where would the process go through malta or the phllipines.

Dina (and I) have an interview 12/16. The instructions say to bring form I-693. Neither of us have ever heard of this.

Was that part of the brown envelope or does Dina need another exam?
