US Immigration from Philippines

Any advice would be appreciated.

I do intend to go back to the US when my wife is finally done with her CR1 Embassy interview and CFO. I want to travel back to America with her. Over two months is to anticipate maybe the Embassy may need more proof from us, or there may be delays in getting the visa, and to say farewell to our Filipino friends and family, etc.

Dina (and I) have an interview on O`ahu 12/16. Hawai`i state ID expired with visa. Will passport/visa and marriage

certificate be enough to pacify TSA?

Would like to update my profile now that NVC has assigned a case number. But I don't know the date NVC Received my info, only the date case # was communicated to me. Is "NVC Receive" checklist item the date I receive case number?

DHS is proposing a regulation that would rescind the public charge rule that has been in effect for adjustment of status applications since December 2022 and replace it with policy guidance and interpretative tools rather than a new regulation.

If the current public charge rule is rescinded, DHS plans to implement a significantly expanded public charge policy that would lower the threshold for being deemed likely to depend on the government and expand the types of benefits and factors under consideration in a public charge analysis.

I'm curious, when my AOS 2yrs GC was approve and my SSN it was under my maiden name, now my ROC filed under married name would they change my SSN also or I will be using the same SSN from my AOS?
