US Immigration from Philippines

I couldn't find any related topics to my question, so hopefully someone can help me.

So, I recently submitted our I-130 application packet to USCIS and we each submitted an introduction letter (per our legal consultant) stating who we are, what we both want, and why from the USCIS VISA process and signed/dated it. Unfortunately, I didn't catch this error until today, but our legal consultant's secretary accidentally sent my husband the incorrect template that had the header stating in error, "In Connection to Our I-129F" instead of "In Connection to Our I-130". My letter, of course, had the correct header but his did not. Also, when I was browsing my USCIS online account today, I noticed that those two documents were scanned and uploaded to the Documents section. I'm not sure what that means when they upload supporting documents that I submitted with the I-130 application packet, but hopefully someone can tell me why.

My main question is, will this pose an issue with the possibility of an RFE to resubmit a corrected one, or will they pardon it... or should I upload a scanned letter attached to an amended version or just wait?

Any help is much appreciated.

I did not list my then fianc e son in her I-864 form. So now he needs his own I-864. In the form, part 2, 1a. His mother name(now my wife). Part 3. 1. No box checked and 3. Box checked correct? Then his name in 4a. Is this how I should fill it out?

Son in 16yrs old and is immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant(his mother).

My fianc lives in the Philippines and I am in the US. Been going through the K1 visa process and we both have gotten everything done up to the point of trying to schedule an appointment. We check daily but it always says no appointments available. Also sometimes too we get rate limited or blocked or her account got locked for 72 hours. Was just wondering if anyone had any tips to try to schedule an interview. We tried different times of the day, we call the phone numbers though when I looked so different numbers so I'm not sure which number for her to call, so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Also if it has been a long time for anyone to get an appointment for K1 what would you say the time frame till how long you were able to schedule an appointment? My main concern is my approval notice was only valid from 04/02/2024 to 08/01/2024 so I am worried if it expires what would I need to do. Again appreciate any help or tips anyone can give me.

Petition was approved last month and I inquired to nvc if case number has been created.

I got a generic response from nvc that case is established but leaves the number out.

The beneficiary I.D. number for {PA_FULL_NAME_FIRST_LAST} is {BENEFICIARY_ID}.

The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition from U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services. Your NVC case number is {CASE_NUMBER}. Due to your petition type, you will not

receive a request for fee payment or document submission.

All case parties will be notified when this petition is forwarded to the assigned U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.

Anyone else received this message? Not sure if the case number is created or it's their way of saying to wait more.

hello everyone! I had an interview January 16 2024 and got 221g that says " to verify court order" as i have old criminal case which was already dismissed and they told me to wait on their call after that interview. So June 10 2024 i received a letter from them saying i need to nbi manila for interview and need a nbi written explanation. Did some go through this process? How much is the payment for it?
