Hello, I read the K1 visa guide which was extremely helpful but wanted to double check with the experts on this forum that I have enough evidence to prove in-person meeting and on-going relationship requirements. For the photos, I plan to include 3 photos of my fianc and I together from the following locations: Manila, Cebu, Tagaytay, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Some of the photos are with our families. Is there anything I am missing that I should add? Airline ticket stubs from Petitioner s visit to Manila Airline ticket stubs from Petitioner and Beneficiary visit to Cebu, Indonesia, and Hong Kong Airline ticket receipts from all visits mentioned above (Manila, Cebu, Indonesia, Hong Kong) Petitioner and Beneficiary passport stamps related to the air travel mentioned above Indonesia visa issued to Petitioner and Beneficiary by Indonesia Immigration Hong Kong entry permit issued to Petitioner and Beneficiary by Hong Kong Immigration Hotel, resort, Airbnb, Hong Kong Disneyland booking confirmations/receipts from Petitioner and Beneficiary travels Receipts of engagement ring, Starlink, lunch/dinner dates, movie tickets Photos of the Petitioner and Beneficiary together with date and location written on the back of each photo Instagram messages and video call logs showing proof of ongoing relationship Thank you in advance! -Spicy Chickenjoy

I haven't found a clear answer on this. My Fiance completed the K1 DS160 for herself and listed her two children as persons travelling with her. She is working on one of the K2 DS160s now and we're unsure if we should add her as the mother and the sister to this form as persons travelling with her. It doesn't make sense to me to do that since everyone is listed on the K1 DS160 but I want to double check. Please help. Thank you!

Okay, so here's a unique situation. Hawaii divorce court filed an order that my two minor children (US Citizens) ages 5 and 7 be brought to me by their mother in the Philippines. I will have sole custody of them for 3+ years. This was a court stipulation. I have already found an excellent school for them to attend and suddenly wondered if I need to apply for some kind of student visa or would the school do that? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Please help...my kids will be arriving mid-June of this year.

I have flown out of Manila airport two times with ANA Airlines and never paid a travel tax. Is the travel tax included in the ticket price? Will my family have to pay the travel tax when they depart Manila. We are all on the same reservation?

Hello all. Any guidance is very much appreciated. I have some questions on the I134. I'm getting very close to scheduling K1 and K2 interviews. I am above the poverty level in terms of income. 1. My employer uses CCC verify which provides employment verification listing my company, personal info, most recent hire date, employment status as full time/active, job title medical benefits, hourly rate, total yearly salary for each year I have worked there, as well as a snapshot of each pay period since I started working there 4 1/2 years ago. This form is not signed by anyone but does contain my company's logo. Question: Should there be any issue with using this in place of an employment verification letter requested in the instructions? I don't think I'll be able to get that from my HR. 2. I also have a statement from my bank which contains the info required, date opened, amount deposited over last year and current balance. However, my bank's policy is they can only sign this if I go to a branch in person and the nearest branch is several states away. Question: Would there be any issue with this not being signed? 3. I can pull my tax transcripts for the last several years. Would it be safe to say I'll need multiple years? 4. Should I bring paystubs, W2s or any other documentation aside from these 3 items? 5. Do I need all of this documentation since I am above poverty level? I've read some conflicting information on what evidence I may need in this situation.
