US Immigration from Philippines

My fiancee just finished her medical at SLEC. Her DS-3025 shows the same vaccinations I expected based on the "instructions to panel physicians" except for two: influenza has code F "Flu vaccine not available" which I understand is acceptable, and hepatitis B has code D "Not available in country".

Is it true that in Manila they have no access to Hepatitis B vaccines? I feel like SLEC is just trying to increase profit by not giving the required shots, the cost of which was included in the visa medical package.

I have very good health insurance and Hep B is required for insurance companies to cover, so it's easy for us to pick up the missing shot after marriage. But that won't get it onto the official government form. Has anyone gotten RFE for Manila using code D inappropriately?

My wife had a interview today, we have a joint sponsor who filed her taxes with her husband, we gave a note to say she didnt want o use him as a sponsor, her income was enough for 5 people, at the interview they denied my wife and said my joint sponsor didnt make enough and because she doesnt have a phone couldnt call me then they wouldnt let her back in to try to make her case and show the documents again proving that here is the w2s, the letter saying no need for husband to be a joint sponsor and we had transcript, my wife is pregnant and we got expedite because it is high risk

USCIS has issued a new Edition of Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions today. This happened with no announcement or grace period that I can find. The new form edition date is 02/06/26. If you are getting ready to file using a credit card for your fee, make sure you have the latest edition of the form.

Sadly there is a change of plans and we no longer intend to marry. We ended our relationship. How can I change my profile information and also change my interest here. I am now interested in a B2 visa for a Philippine friend.

We have been trying to get through the interview process for over 6 months and a question came up. My fiance went for the biometrics again this week but couldnt complete it because of passport issues. The question is.....she met several other people who told her they were able to schedule the two appointments on consecutive days. How is this possible?? In the process of scheduling, you have to select the biometrics date before you can see available interview dates!!! Is there something we are missing here. My fiance has made sooooo many trips to Manila already, it would be wonderful if we could get consecutive days!!!
