I am getting ready to start the process of applying for a spousal visa for my wife. We currently live in Lima, Peru, and unfortunately the USCIS recently stopped allowing applications to be done through the US embassy here. So I am currently trying to figure out how to do the process from abroad without having to make a trip back to the US, and I have a couple questions. My permanent US domicile in a house that I own in Knoxville, TN. However the house is currently rented to a tenant, and I can't receive mail there. So I would like to use my father's address in New York for all of the correspondence related to the application. So my first question is whether there will be any problems resulting from the fact that the application will be filed using an address that is different from my US domicile. Secondly, my father's address is a P.O. Box. Will that cause any problems? Thanks in advance for any feedback or advice!

USPS has opened an investigation into where my application is within their system because it appears to be lost. Is there a danger in sending a second application in (via UPS, never using USPS again in my life)? Will USCIS be confused if the lost application shows up and they have two from me? And will they cash both checks in the lost application arrives (even if it's like a month later)?

Hi everyone. It's been a long time. My wife is a naturalized citizen, came on a K1 visa with her 2 year old daughter. The daughter is 15 now, lived here all along. Is she a citizen too or is there more paperwork/applications we must file? TIA

I just submitted form I-129F and realized the passport photos I submitted were a little too zoomed in (the faces take up more than 1 inch, it's more like 1.5/1.75 inches). Otherwise, the photos are 2x2 and on white backgrounds with neutral expressions, both our ears are visible, and there is no coloration problems (i.e. the photos are clear with no discoloration). Do you think I'll get a RFE or denied altogether?
