US Immigration from Peru

Good morning, my mom recently had to give up her green card because she was not living at the US. She is retired. Does she lose her social security pension? it is not a lot but it helps.

Also, she necessary needs to pay for medicare even if she does not live here?

How is the service center determined when you file online? I dont live in a big city, and while there is an ASC center where we live, there is no field office for interviews and such. Will I have to travel to the closest one? In this case, it being San Antonio?

I send my application for AOS on March. USINS send me a request of form I944 Public charge. I have to send it by Sptember 20. I read there is an injuction , Should I still the form or ignore the request?

I called the NVC today and they said they had not received anything in the mail from USCIS with my receipt number (I got my NOA2 on July 14th). According to the NVC website, and another VJ user, the NVC should have received my I-797 from USCIS (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.htm) as the NVC is processing documents received on August 4th. I called USCIS several weeks ago about whether they had sent anything to the NVC and the employee told me that the notes on my file only say "notice of approval sent." He didn't know what that meant, whether it just meant I was sent an approval or if the approval was also sent to the NVC. I'm wondering what people would advise I should do here. The only thing I can think of doing is calling USCIS again and telling them the NVC still hasn't received anything from them and ask them to send the NVC my approved application again.

We're applying from Peru, and want the interview to be in the embassy in Lima. These are the only options they're giving us-- States, territories, and armed forces bases. Not sure what we should put here... any help is appreciated!!!
