If you already have paid for the biometrics for your work authorization (already approved) do you need to send the fee again for the biometrics on the adjustment of status?

I have a question about how to fill out the form with a second sponsor,
the uscis asked me for the 864 form again, I suppose my husband could not comply with what they requested so I got a second sponsor.
For that, then I fill out the normal form with the information of the second sponsor or is there something else? If you have any videos, I would also appreciate it.

I would like you to help me.
I am very confused about something and I need to clarify doubts...
I recently applied to form I-765 application for employment authorization, a few weeks ago I received a letter from the uscis rejecting my payment and saying this:
"Recently, you submitted and application for immigration service. that form was submitted with an extra remittance that its not required to process your application" they returned the payment to me too.
then a week later I get another letter about the I-765 format, I will attach a photo of what it says since it is a lot of text for me to write.

So if I am eligible for the extension (from what I understand) how would I go about getting that extension? Do I have to fill out some form or something? Or do I just take that letter to an employer and can I work? I don't know how it really works.
my EAD expires on 07/24.

A few weeks ago the time frame on the USCIS portal dropped from 7 months to Taking longer than expected . Has anyone actually been approved?

We filed our our I-751 almost 2 years ago, before the initial 2 year Permanent Residence Expired. We received a notice of a 2 year extension not long after, but have heard nothing since. We got notice the driver's license will soon expire. When checking the case online it just states the Case was updated to Show Fingerprints taken, which was shortly after filing.

We have moved since submitting the paperwork and filed the documents stating we have moved, but didn't receive any updates. The UCSIS website says it's taking 28.5 months to process through the Potomac Center which is past our expiration date. Has this happened to anyone else yet? Is there anyone we can reach out to? I've tried calling any contact number I can find and submitting case inquiries online but receive nothing back.

Any help or insight is very much appreciated. We have another child on the way and with all our documents expiring it is adding some stress.
