US Immigration from Panama

Hi everyone, my fianc and I are applying for the K-1 visa. With Covid-19 happening there s a lot of delays. The embassy in my fianc s country is closed and the NVC and USCIS were working in reduced staffing for a while until they suspended Nonimmigrant visas. With the delays now my fianc s passport is going to expire in the next 4 to 5 months. We can t renew it because the passport facility is closed. So We can t submit our DS-160 until her passport is renewed. I never got my welcome letter from the NVC. So I called there and they gave me my case number and invoice number. Our I-129f is going to expire on July 23. I m going to have to apply for an extension. Do I email the embassy? Send a letter to the embassy? Or do I specifically contact a consulate officer? Or do I contact the NVC? I m just confused.

Im in need of some reassurance, so my husband and I applied for I-485, I-131 and I-765 (I came in with the K1 visa, and my husband is an American citizen). The USCIS website is telling us they received "Fingerprint fee received" on the 8th of April for the AOS and for the travel and employment is just says case received on April 3rd. We are yet to received a physical NOA.

I am more concerned about this because this is the second time we apply, our first application was rejected because we used an older version of the form - and Im afraid that we will get rejected again. We are already beyond the 90 days the K1 visa allows, and I just don't want to be in a dicy legal position.

I guess my questions are:

• Does the "fingerprint fee received" message in the USCIS website mean that the case was accepted?
• Is it normal to not receive the NOA at this time (I understand that Covid is probably slowing case processing but i guess in general, have people not received them in the past and been ok?)
• And, just in case, if I do get rejected again what would be my legal status in the country? Since its outside of the 90 days of the visa, would I be illegally here?

Thank you so much for your help in advance, this is truly given me several panic attacks and any information I could get from seasoned AOS applicants could help me have a better idea of whats going on.

Hi I have a couple questions Today my fiance was approve we had send an expedite request due to the care my fiance give me due to my injuries , We are in full lock down here in panama we had submitted US consulate in Costa Rica cause that's where we used to live, since then we were in Germany at Landstuhl Army Hospital for a couple of weeks for treatment , now we are in panama trying to see if we can change the Consulate to Panama as we have 6 month visas to be in the country is it possible to change ?

My other question is if we can do the interview here in panama how can we get the ball rolling for when they start opening the country ?

my fiance and i are filling the form i129 form but we have a few questions. my father has been deceased for 23 years shall we fill his country of residence as non applicable? also how should we file my address history when panama doesn t have a postal code.
