US Immigration from Pakistan

This is my first post (K-1 visa)

I gave my interview it went really well i Was very hopeful, at the end of the interview the CO viewed my case for a while. i was told that we can not decide your case right now so you have to wait i was like should i wait or go home the CO told me you can go and we will inform you They kept my passport. ( My passport is still with them)
my interview was on Date: 08-22-2019, i was not given any 221(G) neither they asked me in the email later.
I wasn't aware of any Ceac website back then, so i didn't checked my status after my Interview right after 17 Days my fiance checked and it says REFUSED and still it is REFUSED . When ever i inquire the embassy they send me the same generic email that am in AP and refused under section 221(G).
could any one help me please to figure out whether i am refused at this time, AP or my visa is permanently denied?

Greetings VJ people, My case is been in AP since 1 November 2019. My interview was done at Islamabad US embassy on 29 October 2019. My case has been updated 3-4 times in a month or almost every week since my interview. As i work out side Pakistan, i requested embassy on 10 December 2019 to expiated my case. they sent me a reply that they are doing it and will complete it soon. i need to go back on my work soon . Can any body tell how long this AP could be .? i am thinking to get my passport back for travel to my work place. would it be good to take back my passport while my AP is going on. Kindly reply. My husband had his interview at islamabad embassy and the immigration officer is asking him to submit my previous marriage certificate. I do not have my previous marriage certificate but I have what is called nikah nama and the translation. I also have 2 affidavits from the previous marriage. Does anyone have any experience in this area. I am going to submit what i currently have but I'm nervous because the paper doesn't actually say marriage certificate on it. I'm not sure how strict they will be. Any input is appreciated.

Hey, all my documents accepted today but still I received this email and message from NVC, that my husband doesn t meet the minimum requirement of poverty guideline. What should I do can anyone pls suggest? Do we need to wait for IL? Or we need to upload joint sponsor as soon as possible. We don t have any joint sponsor right now, we have to find and then collect all his documents first then we ll upload everything which will take a lot of time. So just to avoid delay, i was thinking to bring it along with me, to the interview? Am I still going to receive IL? Or do I need to upload it first. If anyone been there, and got through this situation pls guide me!! People literally freaking me out, telling about the AP and stuff. Pls help!!
