US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi everyone, i m living in foreign, the question is after NVC approves our case they ll schedule my interview at US embessy in Foreign or my country of origin ?? Does US embessy in abroad accepts cases if someone have legal status of residence ( visa ) to stay in that country ?? And if no how would I know my case has been sent in USA embessy in my country of birth ?? Thanks a lot ..i d Appreciate

Hi everyone . So i want to know that can i expedite my AP . because my wife father is not doing well he is too old to go even to hospital and just for work comitment my wife cant take care of him the way he need to be take care thats why she is so much fraustrated about that . and we were having conversation about that . And now she really want me to be their right next to her so atleast someone will be right next to him . because my wife lives with him and there is no one else there to help her out with this situation.please anyone guied us.

I previously had a J1 visa, whose two-year residency requirement will be finished by 1st February 2020 (including foreign travel). I got DQ on 25th Nov 2019 and looking at the average times between DQ and interviews for Pakistan on VJ, it seems like an interview could be held anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Based on this timeline, my interview will be scheduled before 1st Feb 2020.

In the answer to the J1 question in my DS-260 submission, I did request that my interview be scheduled after 1st Feb and also uploaded a letter requesting the same as part of my J1 documents. Will this suffice for my interview to be scheduled accordingly? Or should I take additional steps? If yes, what might those be?

Hi , here are questions (1) is my spouse can take my name on her bank account , insurance and all possessions even I m not in USA yet

(2) does she can change her name and take my name even our petition is still under process ?? And if yes ! wouldn t it effect our case ?
