US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi , We are missing IRS transcripts , so we ordered by MAIL , it will take 5 to 10 days , we tried to get online but couldn t get through it ,, so can we start AOS uploading & other supporting documents or we should wait till we get IRS transcripts ?? Thanks

dear members i have received email from NVC yesterday which shows accepted status for both benificary as well as sponsor but in inbox theres message to saying required my marriage termination papers to upload. my question is,should i upload it there right now? in docs they status is showing accepted so will i be able to get DQ email without upload the required doc? if i upload the required doc,would it take another 2 months to review because before this it took 2 months to complete the review? thank for your guidance.

So my question is that do we have to put last three years income or it should be fine to put just last year income and tax returns.?

Hello Everybody,one of my friend needs help:

Her NVC docs are ready to upload on CEAC, but she have not received 2019 W2 yet.She only has Paystubs for 2019. She is now confused between 2 options.

1. Should she wait for the recent w2,then file taxes and upload the tax papers of 2019(it would take her 1 month at least).

OR

2. Should she upload the tax papers for the year 2018, AND 2019 Paystubs?(By this, she can expedite the process and take the latest tax papers till the interview date)

NB: She meets minimum income requirement for CR1 for both years.
