US Immigration from Pakistan

One more question tonight please - I m thinking that I will file my I-130 electronically.

1.) For the photo evidence - what is the best way to format the photos for electronic uploading?

2.) Do I place each photo in a word document so

I can provide a date and what the photo is about?

3.) Is there another method you all have used that is more efficient?

4.) -OR- Is it just better to mail the information in?

I married my husband in Pakistan. We would now like to move forward and bring him to the USA. I don t want to move to or live in Pakistan. I m aware that we may have a long haul because of the country he is from, the poor system they have there to run background and criminal record/terrorist checks. I have heard we may go into AP for a while. My questions are:

1.) Regardless Is it wise and feasible to file a I-130 in combination with a I-485 in spite of this all?

2.). Can he apply for a Visitor s Visa to come see me in the USA while we wait? Does it help his Visitor s Visa case that we are pending the approval of the I-130?

Any experience with this? Thank you!

Hey All - brand new member here. I m just in the process of filing my paperwork for my husband to join me in the US. I ve been researching all of the types of forms and am undecided if it s worth completing the I-129F, especially now that COVID-19 has invaded all of us?

I ve read it s a waste and usually not faster than the I-130. I m not sure what to do. Thoughts and experience please? Thank you.

I am nervous while sharing that my attorney submitted the DS-260, but when i reviewed it , there were almost a dozen errors/mistakes they made into DS260" as follows:

-Mistakes in previous marriage divorce dates.

-Mistakes in residence addresses.

-Mistakes in schools attendance dates.

-Mistakes in passport issuance & ending dates.

-Mistakes in showing me over-staying for 2 month in US , after finishing training, which I stayed for 1 months and thats allowed to J-1 visa holders.

-Mistake in Visa refusal question. Instated of saying "Yes" she said "NO."

-Current job nature: "Fiance" instead of Finance.

-Wrong name of degrees/diplomas

I am not sure what to do, the attorney said they will write a letter to NVC for 2-3 important corrections to make e.g. visa refusal, last marriage annulment dates, or not over staying in US etc but will leave the rest of the mistakes as raising others could murky the water for the officer looking over your application.

Hi , is anyone here from kyrgyzstan.I just need sample of police certificate and from where I can get kyrgyzstan PCC.I submitted police certificate at ceac on 22 February with other civil documents.After checking from travel.state.gov I found PCC which I submitted was not correct document .now I am worried that they ll reject it .So should we call NVC and fix this or just should wait for NVC to reject it and submit right one ? And all offices are closed in kyrgyzstan.I can t go outside bcz of curfew .NVC still reviewing 31 January submitted documents I am assuming my documents will be reviewed till start of May ..any response will be highly appreciated
