US Immigration from Pakistan

So my wife s case was at the NVC in feb 2025 and they asked for additional docs, i submitted them after which look like they accepted the doc and i got a message saying we were DQ. now this was march 2025.

so we are waiting for the Interview date, the other day I decide to login to the NVC just to see if there s anything to see and what I saw confused me.

i see the original message saying that the case has been DQ as of march however they are indicating they need the same additional document they previously asked for; the same doc they asked for previously, that I uploaded they reviewed and accepted and DQd the case.

I got no email indicating the NVC wanted me to submit additional documents and again she s DQ according to the message in the NVC system.
So my question is what s going on?

1 has anyone had a this kind of an experience?

2 how did they deal with it?

3 what was the outcome.

Hey everyone! I m currently in the process of applying for the IR-1 (Immediate Relative) Spouse Visa from Pakistan, and I was hoping someone could guide me regarding the required family-related documentation.

Specifically, I need to clarify:

Do I only need the Marriage Registration Certificate (MRC) issued by the Union Council?
OR
Do I also need the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issued by NADRA?

Here s the challenge:
My spouse is a U.S. citizen and not a Pakistani national, so in order to be included in the FRC, they would first need to obtain a Pakistan Origin Card (POC) which is an entirely separate process and would add significant time and paperwork.

So my question is:
Is the MRC issued by the Union Council sufficient for the IR-1 visa process, or is the NADRA-issued FRC also mandatory even when the spouse is a foreign national?

Any help from someone who has gone through this process in Pakistan would be truly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Am submitting a ds 260 form for my wife for her cr1. Should I go ahead and get a police certificate now to be submitted with the other civil documents OR after the ds260 is submitted \approved?

im pretty certain it s now so it s submitted with the ds260 but id rather be clear and do it correctly than take a misstep.

Can IR1 visa holder (first time) travel to the US if their spouse is not present at the moment in the US?

Also, is it advisable to apply for re-entry permit after receiving physical green card? Or we can apply for the re-entry permit while my green card is on the way? Actually I am in the middle of the contract and can't stay in the US for long time, so I am thinking to save some time and apply for re-entry permit and get it ASAP.

We are getting ready for the interview. I have 2 questions and need some help. Also my apologies if these questions have already been asked and answered before.

1) We recently had a baby. The original birth certificate was sent away as part of the passport application. Is a child s original birth certificate required or will a photocopy be accepted?

2) Does the i864 form for a joint sponsor need to be filled out again and uploaded before the interview?
