Hello everyone, please I need your help. I marries my husband in September 29, 2022,we have both been married before then and we filed Adjustment of status in November 9, 2022. We got rfe in same in month November 30, 2022 and we replied in December 9, 2022. He received his EAD in July 29, 2023 and since then, we haven't heard from uscis. My question is when is likely for us to be scheduled for interview. Thank you

my N400 is over the normal processing date which was last year October , is this a generic reply from online enquiry or i should expect on or before 60days as stated ???

here is the reply i got after filing enquiry online :

Your case is under active review by an immigration officer. You should be receiving a decision or notice of further action at the address of record shortly. If you have not received a decision or notice of further action within 60-days of this response, please feel free to submit a new inquiry by calling the USCIS Contact Center.

Is this normal ? Applied for i751 since Jan 2020

Pls i need help, i petitioned for my mom, and i just found out that her middle name was not on her ds 260 i submitted for her, it only have her first name and last name and her passport has first name, middle name and last name. How do i rectify this, pls help, her interview is approaching.

Please how does DCF work in Nigeria? How long does it take?
