US Immigration from Nigeria

Hi all. So my 14 y.o daughter recently got her naturalization certificate and we discovered they had her country of birth wrong, and her middle name was spelt wrong as well. They had the right information in her Green card, and her Canadian birth certificate was submitted as part of the N-600. My wife was initially told that she just needed to go to a local court and swear an affidavit and then get back to them. Unfortunately, the local courts wouldn't do this and says it is purely an immigration matter. My question is since the mistakes came from USCIS, how do we go about having them correct the error. I might add that her Nigerian passport has the spelling of her middle name wrong but not the country of birth/citizenship which is Canada.

US Passport Center hold my son's US Passport application due to the birth certificate document that I submitted was recorded more than one year after the birth occurred. Now they are asking for Early public records issued at or near the time of my son birth which show your name and mother's name, such as hospital, religion, and medical. My son was born in Nigeria

So I got free time now, and I filed for a Tourist visa of which they have sent me a mail to schedule a date for my interview. Please any Nigerians in the house with same experience?

Hello My hubby petitioned for a Cr1 spousal visa for me in May 2023. Our case is still showing being reviewed by USCIS. Fortunately, I have free time now, so we decided to apply for B1/B2 visa. So I just got a mail saying that I can now schedule a date for my interview.

Please I would appreciate some information. What are the requirements?.
