US Immigration from Nigeria

Hello everyone!

So, it's now 5 years exactly since I relocated into the USA as a wife of an American Citizen. We have since divorced, due to irreconcilable differences. I came into the country with my 2 children who are now 24 and 21 respectively. We currently have our 10-year permanent resident status, but right now, we feel it's time to move things to the next level.

Please point me in the direction I have to take in order for us to get our citizenship status.

Please house all my documents status are Accepted in green, but still saying "at NVC" what does that mean and any help?

Hello VJ Family.

My Fianc had his interview today, and was given a white slip after the interview and was told some of the documents needs more reviewing, and he will be contacted in three days. On where to drop off his Passport, Providing everything checks out ok. I feel so discouraged, because this process can take some time. Can anyone relate if so? Can you tell me how long this process can take up too? Thanks!

January 29 Applied for EAD expedited

January 30 requested we send proof of pending job offer via fax

January 30 we sent over all information requested

January 30 our case was marked as complete

February 3 New card is being processed
