US Immigration from Nigeria

Hi people .please help..my case has been sent to nvc twice by the uscis after review....only to be sent back to uscis again .now this time around what the uscis mailed to my husband is this.

Hey guys does anyone have any idea why ceax status keeps updating from administrative processing to application and back 13days after my k1 was approved... I am waiting for the issued notification but haven't gotten.. Please any idea?

Hi everyone,please i need urgent help/advice,more evidence required,my friend fiance live in london without legal right and uscis is requested for more evidence for both parties to prove them met in person but he have got the documentation pls advice pls

My wife is filling for me and due to the fact that we don't know much about this journey earlier on we hire an immigration attorney.. Mind you we wouldn't have hired immigration attorney if I had known what I know today on visa journey about visa.... I'm from one of the affected countries from the New immigration ban policy but up till today our immigration attorney never mentioned it to us or even address it even wheny wife made mention of it to him in mail.. Neither will he pick call. I took it upon myself to send him email and ask him why he never even say anything to us about the ban nor even reply my wife email about ban.. His replied was that if we have issues with the ban then we should take it up with Trump not him.. Like what the (removed) this just conformed what my wife has been saying about this immigration attorney as a racist

After filing for i-130 and k3 visa visa November 2019,does the ban placed on nigeria affect a nigerian that married a US born(Us citizen)
